Makibinyane Mohapeloa is a professional entrepreneur who has successfully launched multiple businesses. He was named as one of the top 30 young entrepreneurs by the Tshwane Economic Development Agency. Makibinyane is passionate about the growth potential of the African continent as well as the potential role of young people in Africa’s economy. A BCom Marketing Management graduate, Mohapeloa is also a graduate of the Social Entrepreneurship Programme at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), as well as the B-BBEE Management programme with the Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership (SBL) and Wits Enterprise.

Nsika Masondo has over a decade’s experience focused on capital raising, risk management, property and global markets within the Sub-Saharan Banking Sector. He is a specialist in boutique management consultancy, venture capital, private equity, corporate finance, public-private partnerships and technology advisory across African sub-continent.  Nsika has worked in a number of industries ranging from infrastructure development to the creative industries in which he has engaged with both government and private institutions in Public-Private Partnerships. In addition, he advises on B-BBEE transactions and corporate and project finance with a focus financial modelling and deal structuring.

Elaine Palmer

Elaine Palmer is a registered industrial psychologist with a track record of more than 20 years of operational and corporate HR management experience in the mining and manufacturing industries. She has a proven track record leading and providing multi-disciplinary Human Resources services. Her leadership style is goal focused and results driven, with the ability to proactively identify and address business challenges while striving for continuous improvement and efficiency. She is qualified in Industrial Psychology and is registered with the HPCSA and SABPP as a Master HR Professional.

Sizwe Twala

Sizwe Twala

Head of Business Development

Sizwe Twala is a creative entrepreneur, content creator, as well as a strategic marketing and communications expert. He has over 10 years of experience in communications and business development. The former part of his career entailed working on numerous world-renowned award-winning marketing campaigns with prolific agencies. He later joined the Small Enterprise Development Agency and contributed to both its marketing and communications and its organisational strategy, programme and policy development. He currently is part of the 2018 Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) Nexus Leadership Programme.
